Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Runway Retirement Planner, provided by Runway Plan.

Purpose of the service

Runway provides deterministic retirement projections based on the assumptions you enter. It is educational planning software, not financial, tax, investment or legal advice.

Projection limitations

Results are not guarantees. Actual returns, inflation, fees, tax law, product rules and withdrawal outcomes will vary. The model does not represent market volatility or sequence-of-returns risk. Review decisions with appropriately authorised advisers.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your password and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You may not probe, disrupt, automate abusive traffic against or misuse the service.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, correct or update the service and dated policy assumptions. Material changes to these terms will require renewed acceptance where appropriate.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for decisions made using a projection. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
